Tiffany Cavazos, Co-Founder & Managing Partner, brings extensive experience in manufactured housing, both in the industry and as a specialized recruiter. Tiffany's career in property management began in 2011 in student housing, progressing to her work in HUD Section 8 and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) communities, as well as sales and marketing in multifamily housing. Her expertise expanded into manufactured and affordable housing, where she held roles across sales, marketing, community management, and district management. These experiences provided her with firsthand insight into on-site operations, portfolio needs, resident relationships, and the challenges hiring managers face when critical positions are open. Tiffany later transitioned this industry knowledge into recruiting and executive search, specializing in manufactured housing and the broader property management industry.
